Blog#1: About my interest

 Hello, I'm Chiyui Hagiwara.
 I like world history, I learned world history in the high school days. Above all, Chinese history was particularly interesting.
Talking of Chinese history, "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" is popular in Japan. I like "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" too. However, I think modern Chinese history is more interesting. 
 I think you understand the interest if you  read "WILD SWANS". This is my favorite book. Please read if you have free time!

    Hi Chiyuri,
    This is Ms. MacGregor. Is the book you recommend Wild Swans: Three Daughters of China by Jung Chang? If so, I have read it and I thought it was an incredible story. Please tell me if your Wild Swan is the same as mine.

    When I have time to read books, I read fiction. A book I recommend is called Kite Runner. It is available in Japanese translation. In fact, there was a movie made based on the book too. But I think you should read the book.

      Thank you for comments and links. I recommend Wild Swans accords with the book which teacher thinks. I thought the story was incredible too.

      Now,I know Kite Runner for the first time. I want to read.

    I like reading books. But I haven't ever read a Chinese books. I'd like to read this book if I have a chance.

    I feel that Japan and China's relationships are not good recently. I hope that these culuture act as a go-between for Japan and China.

    I'm Tomoko Yamazaki.
    Since I hardly studied the world history in my high school days, I don't know the detail of it.But,I think that Chinese culture has been influencing Japan since ancient times.So,it seem to be interesting to study Chinese history.

    I'm Yuta Yamanaka.
    When I was a high school student, I was poor at the world history. So I did not like the world history. But I think that knowing world history is very important to learn the philosophy. I will read the "WILD SWANS" to be interested in world history.

    When I was a junior high school student,I read the comics "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" worked by Mitsuteru　Yokoyama.
    It's really interesting and very popular comics in Japan.
    By reading the comics "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", I could have some interesting about Chines history.

    I searched on the Internet about "WILD SWANS", it seems so interesting to me.I surely read the book.
